Our indicative prices shown below can help estimate a budget for your wood floor restoration or floor fitting project. Prices may vary depending on area size, type of the flooring and condition, which we take more accuretely in consideration after a site visit.
Pricing in wood flooring industry is largely based on the size of the floor area in square meters, as this can closely indicate the time required to complete the works and the amount of consumables required. In some cases, larger areas can be completed quicker, while smaller and more irregularly shaped areas will take longer. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly to reflect this.
We can also prepare provisional quotation based on details provided, which can be firmed up by a no-obligation site visit with precise measurament and assessment of the floors for a final quote.
