Honestly incredibly pleased with all aspects of the service. We needed new floors installed to replace old carpets. I contacted many companies for quotes and samples. Floorworks was by far the most professional, responsive and helpful team, they quickly organised a quotation, site visit and offered samples (while I had to chase other companies). Their pricing was also one of the most competitive ones. The work was scheduled quickly and done very efficiently and well. The installation guys were very punctual, careful and did the job in one day (for two bedrooms). Overall, I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. If we ever need floorwork done again, we will certainly be back. Thank you!

Called in to resurface our hall floor after flood damage the Floorworks men were a delight to deal with, prompt, helpful and professional. They kept me up to date with progress and we were delighted with the results.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by FloorWorks on the restoration of the old parquet flooring in my lounge. After my initial phone enquiry, they sent a surveyor to view the floor and advise and discuss with me the work that would be required and after receiving a very competitive quote we agreed a start date. Once work started I was very impressed with just how dust-free the sanding process was. After gap filling, adding new beading and several coats of laquer the flooring looks as good as new. The job was carried out over a 2-day period with great skill by Demitri and on completion he left the room clean and tidy. I therefore highly recommend FloorWorks Flooring Services.

I explored a number of flooring companies to compare pricing and to get a feel for the integrity of the companies, and FloorWorks were the obvious choice to me. Their pricing was highly competitive, the information and quotes they provided was presented in a straightforward way, their communication via phone and email was friendly, prompt and helpful, and I swiftly homed in on them as my preferred contractor. I chose light oak herringbone, and the resultant flooring is absolutely beautiful. A team of three very polite gents laid the floor in a day and they left the site spotlessly clean, having more than met my expectations. Very highly recommended!

Floorworks were great to deal with throughout. They provided a free quote and sent an surveyor to check the condition of the floor ahead of agreeing a price. They were easy to contact throughout and it was clear that they were passionate about restoring wooden floors and were happy to answer all our questions. The work was completed quickly at short notice whilst we were away travelling, and they went out of their way to accommodate our demands. The age of the floor made it a more complex job, but the restored floor looks beautiful. I highly recommend Floorworks for any flooring projects you are considering.
