Excellent service. We would highly recommend Floor Works. The company supplied and fitted engineered wood flooring for our new home. The finish is superb. The company were flexible when it came to re-arranging the date for the installation, to accommodate delays in other works we were having done. When sadly a plank was damaged during our move, Floor Works arranged for an engineer to attend to replace the damaged plank.

I’m very happy with Floorworks from initial consultation to end result. It is amazing they can provide very efficient site viewing and brought all the issues at once. Most importantly, they provide you cost efficient solutions, which I don’t see many companies in UK (not limited to flooring companies) are able to get this level of professionalism. Their pricing is reasonable and transparent. Definitely worth money. Rosica is such a professional communicator and super responsive. She can arrange everything in a perfect manner. Dean is great too. He came to visit even after work hour. He ran to his car to bring more samples as I requested more wood options. I do appreciate his hardworking. The fitter is down to earth, experienced, neat, and detail-driven. He looked into every detail and made the floor beautifully presented. No issues at all. Yes, I highly recommend this company. I will definitely choose them again if I have other floor work in the future

Excellent communication, arranged an estimated price based on my measurements and then sent a surveyor to record fine detail and confirm quotation. All questions answered promptly and thoroughly. Contract confirmed with a start date and anticipated completion time 3-4 days. Engineer arrived on time with all equipment, he understood our needs fully and carried out the work professionally floor fitting as he went. Job was completed at end of 3rd day. I am highly satisfied with all aspects of the work including the final report with photos of the work completed.

Honestly incredibly pleased with all aspects of the service. We needed new floors installed to replace old carpets. I contacted many companies for quotes and samples. Floorworks was by far the most professional, responsive and helpful team, they quickly organised a quotation, site visit and offered samples (while I had to chase other companies). Their pricing was also one of the most competitive ones. The work was scheduled quickly and done very efficiently and well. The installation guys were very punctual, careful and did the job in one day (for two bedrooms). Overall, I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. If we ever need floorwork done again, we will certainly be back. Thank you!

I am extremely pleased with the work done by FloorWorks on the restoration of the old parquet flooring in my lounge. After my initial phone enquiry, they sent a surveyor to view the floor and advise and discuss with me the work that would be required and after receiving a very competitive quote we agreed a start date. Once work started I was very impressed with just how dust-free the sanding process was. After gap filling, adding new beading and several coats of laquer the flooring looks as good as new. The job was carried out over a 2-day period with great skill by Demitri and on completion he left the room clean and tidy. I therefore highly recommend FloorWorks Flooring Services.

I explored a number of flooring companies to compare pricing and to get a feel for the integrity of the companies, and FloorWorks were the obvious choice to me. Their pricing was highly competitive, the information and quotes they provided was presented in a straightforward way, their communication via phone and email was friendly, prompt and helpful, and I swiftly homed in on them as my preferred contractor. I chose light oak herringbone, and the resultant flooring is absolutely beautiful. A team of three very polite gents laid the floor in a day and they left the site spotlessly clean, having more than met my expectations. Very highly recommended!

Floorworks were great to deal with throughout. They provided a free quote and sent an surveyor to check the condition of the floor ahead of agreeing a price. They were easy to contact throughout and it was clear that they were passionate about restoring wooden floors and were happy to answer all our questions. The work was completed quickly at short notice whilst we were away travelling, and they went out of their way to accommodate our demands. The age of the floor made it a more complex job, but the restored floor looks beautiful. I highly recommend Floorworks for any flooring projects you are considering.
