Service Guarantee

• If any issues arise with your new flooring within 2 years, we will assess their nature and will assist with resolving it, even if it is not related to the installation service or address it free of charge for you, in case of reasons related to the service.

Limitations to Our Restoration Service Guarantee

• Damage in result of faulty appliance causing leak(s), high air humidity or increased subfloor damp level, which have appeared before the wood floor restoration but may have been unknown by the time of service

• Working on floor coverings, which are at the end of their usability term, including engineered wood floors with significant wearing of its natural wood top layer.

• Gap filling on original pine floor boards or other planks without tongue-and-groove or click system.
