Before the works...
The oak parquet flooring in this Stanmore house was looking tired and in desperate need of refinishing. During our obligation-free survey, we did a thorough inspection of the floors and discussed with the client all possible options.

How we completed the floor works...
After our floor sanding experts have checked all property & service details on site, they started with lifting existing and its preparation for disposal to our waste facility.
Our works included wood floor sanding of approx. 40 sqm parquet flooring and finishing in 3 coats satin Lacquer. The sealing went down with 1 coat of primer and 3 coats of Lacquer.
Our floor refinishing service begins with detailed inspection of the floors and any repairs to the will be completed in this initial stage. In this project approx. we have repaired approx. of .
We also carried out gap filling as part of the wood floor sanding process. We aim to apply the resin filler with saw dust in late hours of the working day, so it settles properly overnight and in case it is needed we can repeat it on the following day , if required. The filler is after that removed by next stages of the floor sanding process in medium grids .
Overall the project was completed as originally planned and to the delight of the client.
