The oak engineered wood flooring in this Charlton house was looking tired and in serious need of renovation. During our obligation-free survey, we did a thorough inspection of the floors and discussed with the client all possible options, followed by itemised quote with our floor sanding & repairs prices for engineered wood flooring.
Our client has decided to go for floor sanding and staining of oak engineered wood flooring and finishing the floors in matt Lacquer.
How we completed the floor works...
After our floor sanding experts have checked all property & service details on site, they started with lifting existing and its preparation for disposal to our waste facility.
Our works included wood floor restoration of approx. 23 sqm engineered wood flooring and finishing in 2 coats matt Lacquer. The sealing went down with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Lacquer.
A number of colour samples were provided on a sanded surface for the client to review and approve, prior to application of the colour and finishing the floors. The client decided to go with floor staining in dark oak colour.
Overall the floor renovation project in this Charlton property was completed as scheduled and to the delight of the client.
